Kavia Moulded Products worked closely with Elasto UK to meet the innovative design of the 2K Bow Ball, the initial challenge was to find a materials supplier with a track record of over-moulding two TPE materials and secondly to select materials as the strengthened core needed to be 90 Shore A and the outer to be 40 Shore A with a good chemical and mechanical bond.
