- Welcomed 20 new customers from UK & as far as the Caribbean
- 2 were tool transfers

- Introduced two new injection moulded products for rowing & sculling; BLMB Kit & 2K bow ball
- Started a news blog with over 190 subscribers
- Improved website content and SEO
- Added Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN pages
- Implemented a sales CRM system
- 143 meetings and visited over 10 trade shows
- Made 657 calls
- Driven over 11,000 miles
